Scheduled Pick Up Times Subject To Availability.

There Will Be Trucks Loading And Unloading Trailers That Will Need Full Access To The Driveway.
10:10 Is Not Liable For Any Damages To The Driveway Due To Cracking Or Improperly Poured Concrete That Cannot Handle The Weight Of The Trucks Or Trailers.
Materials Cannot Be Loaded Above The Top Of The Trailer. All Loads Will Be Covered And Cannot Be Properly Secured If Overloaded
Customer Responsible For Hoa Approval (If Applicable) Allowing Overnight Storage Of Trailer On Site. Repositioning Of Trailer Prior To Removal Will Require An Additional Surcharge.
Any Assistance Needed In Loading Or Removing Unauthorized Items Will Require An Additional Surcharge. Customer Responsible For Any Damage Occurring To Trailers During Loading Process.
Payment Required In Full Before Trailer Is Removed.

What is the weight limit for the trailer?
The 7x14x3 dump trailer has a 2-ton (4,000 lbs) weight limit. Any load exceeding this limit will incur an additional fee of $75 per every extra 1,000 lbs.
Can I rent the trailer for less than 24 hours?
Our minimum rental period is 24 hours. However, you can choose rental durations of 24, 48, or 72 hours, depending on your project needs.
Are there additional fees for early removal?
Yes, early removal is available upon request. Additional fees may apply depending on the scheduling and timing of the pickup. Contact us for details.
What should I do if I need to move the trailer?
Customers are responsible for obtaining HOA approval (if applicable) for overnight storage of the trailer. Any repositioning of the trailer before removal will incur an additional surcharge.
